London Ontario’s Real Estate Market continued to set records in November with the Average Price, Median Price and the Sales-to-List-Price Ratio all shoot up from October. As home buyers looked to get into the housing market before interest rates increase, we saw record prices in November.

Average Price of a Home in London

London October 2021 Average Price – 652,359
London November 2021 Average Price – 671,690

Median Price of a Home in London

London October 2021 Median Price – 621,000
London November 2021 Median Price – 637,500

Sales to List Price Ratio – Over Asking Pricing

London October 2021 Sales to List Price– 110.1
London November 2021 Sales to List Price– 112.5
