The Seated Bar Twist is a great rotational abs exercise that targets the obliques. To get started:
1. Sit down on a bench while placing a light bar with a wider than shoulder width grip on your traps.
2. Keeping your chest upright and back straight, pull in your lower abs, contract your core, and slowly twist to one side until you feel a slight stretch in your core muscles.
3. Next, reverse the movement to twist to the other side.
4. Repeat.
