This G+5 Pre Engineered Multi-Storey Steel Structure Building is a combination of PEB and LGSF Technology. For column, rafter, floor, and stairs PEB Structures have been used and LGSF Structures with Rockwool Insulation have been used for walls and internal partitions.
Fire Proof, Damp Proof, and Termite Proof Cement Fibre Board have been used for the outer walls and the Decking Sheet, with RCC, has been used for the flooring.
This Multistorey Pre Engineered Building is completely fire-rated, with a 1500-micron, fire paint coating. The Building has the facility of both, elevator, and stairs, which have been designed, manufactured, and Installed as per fire norms from top to bottom.
