I just got this and went in to play around with the settings, and set it to "restricted profile" and now I can't get back to my normal profile to do anything. There are no buttons or factory reset key on the device, and no way through any of the menu's. I even tried to put in a bootable USB so I could load another OS but it doesn't read the USB during boot. Not sure if there are any hotkeys I can press (can plug in an external keyboard). This is the latest version of Android Marshmallow 6.01. Can't see any screws to take the unit apart either. Any help welcome. No email address or contact on any of the products but I did email the Amazon seller so hopefully they can help me out, but I'd rather fix it than send one back and pay shipping fees etc.
