25 year old Joan Lebene from Marigat, Baringo sub county has been on a long and tortuous path in her search for justice against a man she says stabbed her when she rejected his marriage proposal. Joan says his suitor attacked her and left her disabled, but is still at large, even though she reported the matter to police.
