Cape Town, November 23 - The Democratic Alliance and seven other opposition parties have lost their court fight to hold an urgent debate on a vote of no-confidence in President Jacob Zuma. On Thursday the Western Cape High Court dismissed their application to force a Parliamentary debate in the National Assembly.
