The Spinal Line crosses the body four time and begins and ends at the base of the skull. The first crossing happens at the bas of the neck, the second is at the abdomen, third under the foot and forth at the low back. Along this line it has 23 bony stations and fascial track.
It aids in posture of the mid-back, pelvis and knee and helps maintain posture of the spine during rotational movement. Learning this anatomy can give rise to a better understanding of how the body works as a whole and therefore how we can go about using it a healthy way.
