India held joint military drills with Oman using helicopter and smoke-emitting tanks in the country's desert state of Rajasthan on Friday.

Soldiers from both the countries also demonstrated first-aid drills as they aided injured soldiers and carried them on stretchers.

The bilateral exercise is an annual event held between the Indian Army and Royal Army of Oman. The first was held in Muscat in 2015.
