Once a year, a huge vegetarian festival with tons of vegan options happens in Manila! It’s called Fiesta Verde and is organized by the Buddhist humanitarian group @tzuchiph foundation.

I had the honor of participating in one of the cooking demonstrations along with other chefs and cooks, thanks to @primepacificfoods. There were also other talks and so many booths selling vegetarian food and drinks!

In the next building, it’s all about packaged products, and once again, there are tons of vegan options. I got some stuff for pasalubong and gifts like the upcycled seat covers, vegan chicharon, and more.
