This CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE With CHEESY POTATOES is my go to meal when I want something hearty, delicious and simple. I love the flavor of my ALL AROUND SEASONING combined with the flavor of the Ranch dressing and cheese, it's one if those meals that I can have atleast once a week. Children love it and it's easy to put together with your favorite ingredients if you choose to make it your own.
● OVEN HEAT SET AT 350° (bake 1 hour or till chicken and potatoes are well cooked)
INGREDIENTS----------------
5 Slices thin cut bacon (diced 1 inch)
2 med/large potatoes (cubed 1 inch)
1 1/4 lb. Chicken thighs (cubed)

3/4 C. Half & Half (you can adjust it)
1/3 C. Ranch dressing
3/4 lb. freshly grated Colby Jack Cheese (or as needed)
3 to 4 green onions (chopped)
1/4 C. diced red bell pepper
Salt and Pepper as needed
2 Tbsp melted butter
Non Stick Spray
