03/06/16. The Tarpon have started to show up so figured it was time to do a bait check and see what the bait situation was like. I generally do not like to buy bait and prefer the fun/challenge of catching my own. It is good to be knowledgeable about bait conditions as it will make you more efficient on actual fishing days where you will gain an edge by having the best quality bait, saving money, and saving time.
