Especially for very big and heavy parts like handling can become a tedious task that can slow down the complete inspection process and costs a lot of money. To solve this problem VisiConsult developed the XRH222TL with a completely now approach. Parts can be lowered through the roof of the cabinet by a crane.
Therefore the sliding doors are angled a 90° and cover the roof openening. From 320kV upwards it is not feasible to use lead windows anymore. Therefore the system is equipped with cameras inside the cabinet to ensure a safe manipulation during inspection. The whole cabinet is constructed in a snadwich design containing Steel-Lead-Steel.

Customizable – Layout and dimensions can be modified
VisiConsult as a solution provider has the philosophy that our customers should not adapt their processes to our systems but the other way around. Therefore, the dimensions of the XRH222TL can be modified. Special requirements can be evaluated by our engineering team and a detailed consulting will be offered for every single inquiry.
As the part manipulator does not have to be driven out of the cabinet for (un)loading it is possible to use ultra-precise motors that allow a high accuracy CT inspection. All axes remain CNC controllable and therefore common inspection procedures can be automated into sequences. The image source can be freely chosen depending on the application while the X-ray source can go up to 450kV.
