Next stop: script a better intro! Graciela here in the youtube space. I've been sick for the past week, so please excuse my appearance in the intro to this video! But I want to be consistent and get something out. Here is a short video of some of my succulents, specifically the Ox Tongue!
The Ox Tongue's more scientific name is Gasteria, and while some people would say they have an unfortunate name, I quite like it! Maybe it's because I like tacos de lengua, or just because I like weird things. My Ox Tongues are kept outside, and I don't have to do much to maintain them except water them every once in a while. I actually got them because someone I work for was throwing them out! I snuck them away and was able to replant them and they have been doing well! You might notice that there are some brown spots on some of their leaves, this is because they are receiving almost full sunlight, which is not normally what they would like. However, they are pretty resilient, and I am OK with keeping them where they are for now, they do get some shade from a large tree that I have in my backyard.
Thanks for watching, see you next time!
