a new game? about time we got one in this channel!

after Tetris, Mario and Pacman, Bomberman gets its own battle royale format! except this one looks MUCH more interesting than the others. it's a "freemium" game, which means like Tetris 99 & PAC-MAN 99, this game is FREE, but some features will be locked behind a 10$ OPTIONAL PREMIUM PACK. but there's also IN-GAME CURRENCY and a BATTLE PASS. you know it, they want you to purchase it despite the game seemingly looking free.

this game released on various platforms (first Stadia, then PS4/5, Xbox One/Series, Steam, Nintendo Switch) and features CROSSPLAY, so you can play with anyone regardless of the platform! i can confirm that Switch users can connect with PC users, don't know about other consoles myself.

downsides i've seen so far are the long loading times (that are already being addressed), and the fact that you need the premium pack in order to play with your friends, as creating private lobbies is locked behind that pack. however, joining any private lobby is completely free, so this is honestly a good game for streamers playing with their communities lol

after getting the hang of it again, i got my first win (called "BOMBER ONE") after 3 games. expect a few more of these videos in the future if i get good highlights from it!
