Hey guys, today I thought I would sit down and get ready while chatting with you guys about some really important things that I have learned through hard life circumstances - Things that I have gone through and some revelations that I have had that have made my life better. Saying YES, being less rigid, knowing that NOTHING lasts forever, not letting people tell you who YOU are, being more accepting and compassionate towards others who may think differently than me & much more. These are just things that I feel like have been helpful to ME, and one thing that I find is that I change daily in my thoughts, views, opinions and realizations that I am allowed to do that.

I turned 37 years old (the day I am filming this) and thought I'd talk about what i have learned up until this point! I am ever changing, fluid in my thoughts and emotions and trying to be more compassionate and understanding each and every day. I also want to live authentically and BE ME, on PURPOSE.
