We had an emergency on new years eve. A restaurant we support had their hot water heater fail. We ended up replacing their one unit with dual Navien Tankless units. Replaced cold water line that was found failed. Provide separation of gas, water & venting to outside. Provide 5” concentric vent termination kit to outside. Split at THZ of machines.
