In this video we provide an overview of cost estimation and cost behaviour. We begin by looking at the types of costs we get and how they behave when changes in activity take place. We then look at the basic cost function and the six steps to estimate it. We highlight five methods to estimate costs. Finally, we discuss the learning effect.
