When I was told the Isla Grande was the best island I hesitated to go because of the distance from Panama City but it was worth it and I wish I had more time than half a day. This video was part of the Panama trip but I wanted to narrate this as it is interesting to me that there are people who are of African descent living in a paradise and tourist place like many parts of central and South America because of slavery. It is a different speed of life. Living off tourism and the ocean and makes me think how the balance of life works.
This was a great place to get away from the city and experience one of the best beaches I’ve been too.
