This video was taken to identify the defects in parts, materials and workmanship of the KitchenAid (Whirlpool Corporation) dishwasher we received after buying the unit from Build.com (Ferguson).

The dishwasher does not and cannot operate due to these defects.

After many attempts working with them on a warranty claim, KitchenAid/Whirlpool has refused to service or replace this unit.
