The client had dry and hairy ear wax. Initially I used to E-suction® (Endoscopic Ear Suction) to remove the ear wax as I was worried that using crocodiles would tear pieces of ear wax as opposed to removing a large lump in one attempt.
After I successfully remove the first of two lumps that were present, I had to use crocodile forceps to grip and purchase the deep (medial) ear wax out for the ear canal as it was stuck in beyond the second ear canal bend.
A normal healthy-looking eardrum was visible upon removing the ear wax.
