But first off, congratulations to all of you! I'm very excited to be releasing this new series as I have a few friends and clients who are expecting to add a new family member sometime this year! 🥳
There have been some questions related to prenatal and postnatal exercising during this time and so I thought it would be a good idea to do lots of research and share that with everyone!
This is a very exciting time, but also it's important not to let your own health and fitness levels slip. We want to ensure you start developing and strengthening postural muscles early on to face the changes your body is about to experience as the baby grows.
