Meteorologist Payton Malone says Bret has dissipated and what is left of Cindy could reform into a storm as it heads towards Canada.

Cindy has fallen apart in the Atlantic Ocean thanks to strong wind shear and some dry air. However, guidance suggests the remnants of Cindy could reorganize later this week and head to the Canadian Maritimes.

There are no other areas expected to develop for the next seven days.
