Being vegan and incorporating other dietary restrictions can feel like an uphill climb. A low-FODMAP diet is a short-term diet recommended for some people suffering from IBS, which eliminates foods that some people have a hard time digesting (including plant-based staples like onion and garlic!). So, we asked a plant-based dietician, Desiree, for an overview of what a vegan, low-FODMAP diet could look like. It can be done!
