General William Nash, the American senior commander of NATO forces in northeastern Bosnia told reporters on Thursday (21/12) that the NATO
deployment in Bosnia was going well. The nearly 700 US troops already in Tuzla were reinforcing their positions around the airport. In Hanau, Germany, Apache attack helicopters of the US Army's 4th Aviation Brigade took off on flights to Bosnia.
