"Nobody does this type of high-level automation in India as what we do for very tiny component, if you're talking about 31 gage needle, if you're talking about 26 gage needle, that we are in the master in the handling of this type of product in the assembly line.
We are one of the biggest manufacturers in India for medical device assembly machines. Then we have pharmaceuticals, electricals, like switches, switch gears, connectors. So we are into wide category. Out of that medical device is major category of our machines, which we cater into.
The vision system challenges that needle orientation was a big challenge for us. So, so many months we tried on that project to get the correct orientation, because needle to be oriented in plus or minus 2.5 degree. So it is. It was a very difficult challenge, so many lightings, lenses and so many vision systems, different parameters. It was a real challenge, and ultimately, we could complete that task.
Yeah, snap camera. As we are replacing many sensors with camera which can identify the needle tip portion, if it is broken, then we get a clear output that mantle is broken. So it's a cost effective solution because it's not very high price, highly priced as normal camera. So with a cost effective solution, we can use snap camera replacing many sensor sort of applications,
Cognex, one of the major partner to us. So because so many machines with n number of cameras, different type of camera, so we have a very close association with Cognex, that kind of support we enjoy with Cognex that's a big boost for us. So I don't have to worry about this vision aspect, because there's a big team behind me.
By using the Cognex cameras, helps very what you can say is, very happily, you can say it is fantastic to grow fast and to achieve a very precise accuracy of the orientation of the cannula and needles, we recommend. You know, majority of our machines and application camera vision system, what we are using is mostly 90% by k this only Cognex, only because of, as we explained, the service and fast communication, and this is now giving we are recommending mostly Cognex only you."
