I don't fry pork belly anymore! This oven recipe is fantastic!
Ingredients:
pork belly: 2 kg (4 lb)
soft butter: 200 g (7.1 oz)
sweet paprika: 5 g (0.2 oz)
rosemary: 10 g (0.4 oz)
garlic: 5 g (0.2 oz)
potatoes: 4 pc
honey: 50 g (1.8 oz)
soy sauce: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
ketchup: 50 g (1.8 oz)
mustard: 20 g (0.7 oz)
