In this video you're watching the second episode of my new series called book breakdown. In this series you're going to watch videos of books I've read and me giving my thoughts on those books. The books will probably be marketing/business books because that's the genre I'm currently reading. Today's book is The Thank You Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk. It came out on March 8th 2011 and he strikes again. This book has taught me that caring for the customer and going the extra mile for them is what will separate you from the rest when it comes to business and anything else. Caring is the priority. Caring is #1. I truly think it's a very good read for anyone into marketing and business, especially if you're planning on starting your own.
