All Monoform™ solutions are cost-effective and require minimal interruption to the community and surrounding utilities, they each have unique benefits and different recommended use cases.

Our original Monoform™ service is a cost-effective, trenchless approach to structural manhole rehabilitation. The Monoform™ process involves assembling a plastic form inside a deteriorating manhole, pouring ready mixed concrete around the form and then removing the form. Monoform™ is an excellent solution for typical manhole repair and rehabilitation projects in situations that don’t require additional fortification or hydro-excavation.

Monoform+™ uses our traditional Monoform™ trenchless manhole solution, paired with HDPE—High Density Polyethylene—Monoform PLUS™ produces a 100% structural and 100% corrosion-resistant manhole within the existing structure. Monoform PLUS™ is a perfect manhole rehabilitation solution for sewer corrosion rehabilitation, especially for applications where standing water and high hydrogen sulfide concentrations rapidly deteriorate concrete manholes and structures.

Monoform HEX™ is a structural manhole installation solution which pairs our traditional manhole rehabilitation solution, Monoform™, with the power of hydro-excavation. Monoform HEX™ is the ideal solution for installing access manholes in areas that are sensitive to open excavations, like levees, and facilities with substantial sub-surface infrastructure such as rail yards, power plants and heavy industrial facilities, where minimizing the impacts of excavation is a priority.
