Here are 4 animated Rubber Stamps I made in After Effects. The 3D rubber stamps are pre-rendered and made out of a png image sequence. All stamps have an alpha channel (transparent) so you can use any background behind them.

Of course you can change the text on the stamp. And, if you're proficient in AE, you can also change the shape to anything you want. The round stamp can be modified in Illustrator if you need.
