This guitar has a nice woody midrange that is great for picking or strumming with an interesting body resonance that I haven't heard in many guitars. Brian Applegate is one of the good guys of the business. Such a nice guy who is incredibly passionate about his work. Why do I mention that, because it comes through in his guitars. They are not only gorgeous but always have a superb voice and a great vibe when you hold them. This FS really speaks and it articulate and vocal. I love playing fingerstyle on it.
