Hi everyone! This video is very different from the pole tutorials I've been posting on my channel. I'm currently in India completing my 200hr yoga teacher training course for a month.
My apologies for the limited blog posts and lack of fancy video edits! I only brought carry on baggage and didn't have space to bring my laptop with me. I'll be staying connected with only my phone in the next little while :)
