Parminder Vir is an award winning filmmaker and TV producer, and served as the CEO of Formation Films, her independent production company. Parminder has been a private investor in film and media, has served as board director at multiple companies. She has recently been organizing and driving programs to train, fund, and mentor entrepreneurs across Africa, democratizing opportunity. Parminder encourages others to see Africa not as a charity case, but as a country rich with ideas that simply needs investment.
