To mark Heritage Week 2020, we filmed three short videos that featured a taste of the archaeology, history and mythology of some of our favourite monuments on this unique landscape. In the first in this series, Mike McCarthy talks about Rathcroghan Mound and its importance as the ritual focal point of this sprawling archaeological landscape. The video also utilises some fantastic new aerial footage of Rathcroghan Mound and its environs, recently captured by Western Aerial Survey.
