Today I am reviewing the Starrling pepper, from Khang Starr. This is an awesome cross he created by crossing his KS White Thai with his Lingria (if I remember correctly) to make a lower heat version of the White Thai. I am excited to give it a taste!

This pepper plant was one of the prettiest I grew indoors this winter, and it continues to somehow live on outside with no additional care or nutrients. Very cool pepper that I will be growing every year going forward. Huge thanks to Khang Starr for starting the Pepper Lover's Community and making so many incredible pepper crosses!
