Artificial intelligence is the latest tool in wildfire prevention.

Fire Neural Network, the winning team from the AI Days Pitch Competition, wants to stop uncontrolled fires globally.

Fire Neural Network uses AI technology that detects lightning strikes that start wildfires within seconds. It currently takes 24 hours to find fire ignition spots.

The team is excited about their recent win at the UF AI Days Pitch Competition as the prize will help with globalization efforts. Upcoming expansion opportunities include projects in Brazil and Australia.
