Opposition MPs file no-confidence motion against the Narendra Modi-run government in Lok Sabha over Manipur crisis. Earlier in the day Rajya Sabha chairman said observation by an MP (referring to Raghav Chadha) that one member (Sanjay Singh) has been suspended for raising an issue in the house is unprecedented and amounts to breach of privilege. He said such action should be met with exemplary consequence.
