The part that holds the protective curtains is broken. This created an additional load and because of this the camera does not turn on.
A temporary solution is to add lubricant between the two parts, which significantly reduces friction and removes resistance. This is a temporary solution, but it works and does not require much effort (well, if you do not take into account the fact that for this you need to completely disassemble the camera).
