You get to know the Holy Spirit by first saying with your mouth that "Jesus is Lord"...If you are not yet acquainted with Jesus Christ and would like to know Him, the bible tells you how to...it says..
"For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but should have everlasting life" - John 3:16 | So believe!
Then it also says:
"If you confess with your mouth "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" - Romans 10:9 | That's it. So, say "Jesus is Lord!" and you're saved. God made it REALLY simple...He REALLY wants you to be saved.
