1kg fresh sea prawns or any type of prawns of your choice
Pre cook the above prawns with a little salt and tumeric powder
Ghee 2 tbsp
Spices - Cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom
Masala powder
1 tbsp fish curry powder
1 tsp each of coriander, cumin, cili powder, garam masala
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1 tomato cut small
Salt
Chicken cube 1 ( optional )
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Santan 1/2 ( small box )
Curry leaves
Black pepper coursely pounded
coriander leaves
