TimesLIVE hit the streets of Cape Town after a fake news voice note caused panic buying in certain bottle stores. The message claimed an alcohol ban would be reinstated by President Cyril Ramaphosa. While the origin of the voice note is being investigated by authorities, we went to find out what drove people to the stores.
