How To Make Chicken Pasta In Red Sauce For Beginners - Red Sauce Pasta Recipe With Tips & Tricks - Penne Arrabiata
Today I will show you how to make a delicious chicken red sauce pasta with some tips & tricks.

Ingredients for making red sauce pasta -
* Pasta - 2 cups / 350 gm .You can use any type of pasta like macaroni, spiral, bow tie. I took penne pasta.
* Ground chicken (chicken keema) - 500 gm/ 1 lb approx
* Onion - 2 cups chopped
* Ginger - 1 inch length
* Garlic - 14 large cloves
Put the ginger and garlic in the blender with little water and blend to a fine paste. You can grate them or chop them finely or you can even use 2 tablespoons of store bought ginger garlic paste.
* Tomato puree - 2 cups
* vinegar- 1 tablespoon
* Water - Add 1 cup of water or less depending on the thickness of your tomato purée.
* Red chilli powder (optional) - 1 teaspoon
* Freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
* Mixed Herbs (Italian Seasoning) - 1 tablespoon. Crush it well in your palms before adding to release those aromatic oils.
* Heavy cream (cooking cream) - 1/4 th cup. It is totally optional
* Salt - as per taste. Remember to taste your tomato puree before adding salt as some products have added salt in them. Taste the sauce after 30 minutes of cooking. If you find bit sour then add little sugar to balance the flavor.
* Basil or coriander leaves (dhania patta) or parsley
* Cheese - any cheese according to your choice. I used parmesan. You can even use cheese spread for a creamy texture. Add the cheese off heat to prevent it from turning rubbery. Add it immediately after taking the pan off heat.
* Oil - 3 tablespoons
