The merger between CCIV and Lucid Motors is very hyped up right now and a lot of investors have anticipated the SPAC merger and are hoping that Lucid Motors will go public sometime in the near future. CCIV stock is the current SPAC that is the most likely candidate that would take Lucid Motors public. For those unaware, a SPAC or blank check company has the goal of bringing a company public by raising money.
I know I'm very excited for Lucid Motors to go public and become a publicly-traded company. Once CCIV and Lucid Motors merge, this will likely bring a lot of attention to Lucid Motors and they will probably see a large increase in their share price and will probably gather a lot of investor interest, especially from new investors who haven't previously heard of Lucid Motors stock.
