This video is to show the effectiveness of the sealing to the cylinder walls of a revolver that is chambered for 44wcf vs one chambered for 45 Colt when shooting black powder. The bottle neck design of the 44wcf allows for a good tight seal to the cylinder where the 45 Colt does not. Is this a bad thing? Not really, but if you like cleaner brass and less fouling in the rear inner workings of your single action, it might be the choice for you. Personally, I like them both and they both have their Pro’s and Con’s. Enjoy!!
