In this video, I do a deep dive into Buffalo Trace Distillery and compare three different bourbons they produce using the same distillate (Mash Bill #1). This is a snapshot in time and there are a lot of other factors that go into how these distillates age. That being said, the White Dog is the baseline and Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, and George T. Stagg give an idea of how the distillate changes over 5, 10, and 15 years of barrel aging.
