Traveling through Mexico it’s not a problem if we think about food. The choices are infinite, and according with the region, you will have plenty of options of seasonal and traditional foods along with the international choices.
This was my first trip outside the U.S. since the pandemic and ended up in Guadalajara. Found myself here at Pitaya season, those delicious cactus fruits, and plenty other things, Tejuino, made with fermented corn, etc etc... loved my time in this town!
