Badam Coconut Barfi is a quick and easy barfi made with badam(almonds) and desiccated coconut. A divine combination of almonds and coconut has been popular and a favorite among people for ages.

Usually, you have to soak the badams(almonds) well in advance to make the badam katli or Badam Burfi. I am sharing a simple and easy process—no soaking and peeling of almonds. Grind the almonds, roast ground almond powder, and coconut powder for a few minutes, prepare sugar syrup, and make this delicious badam coconut barfi in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:-
Almonds (बादाम) - ¾ cup
Desiccated Coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - ¼ cup
Sugar (चीनी) - ¾ cup
Milk (दूध) - ½ cup
Saffron (केसर) - Little
Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - ¼ tsp
Nutmeg (जायफल) - pinch
Ghee (घी) - 3 to 4 tbsp
