134reps of DOUBLE HALF SNATCH;
140reps of LONG CYCLE;
186reps of JERK;
84reps of CLEAN & PRESS.
Long Cycle is my favorite still!
Very smooth and balanced exercise that will fit to most of people.
Jerk in the fastest if you have very good Rack position and the Top Fixation.
Double Half Snatch is an excellence of your acceleration pull and grip strength.
Clean & Press is the tune up for your upper body and shoulders in particular.
Although need to be careful and pay attention to technique and a proper warm up. Start light.
