A short film of a husband & wife team of goat keepers at Veli Iž on the island of Iž in North Dalmatia, showing activities dring evening milking and feeding. Questioning by Valerija Levanić-Milinković leads to discussion about breeding, preferred fodder and the declining use of spent fodder - mainly olive and other tree clippings - by the village potters for fuel. Any excess milk produced by the goats was used to make a hard cheese stored in olive oil.
