Eggs -2 nos
Lemon juice -2 tbs
Butter -3 tbs
Olive oil -1 tbs
Cumin -1/2 tsp
Chilly flakes -1 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Yogurt -4 tbs ( I have mixed Greek yogurt and labneh)
Garlic -2 grated
Herbs -2 tbs (mix of mint , parsley and dill chopped )
Water -4 cups
Vinegar -1 tbs
Salt .
To a pan add butter and allow it to brown in low sim fire .
Then add in olive oil and cumin and red chilly powder and chilly flakes .
And keep aside
Mix the yogurt with grated garlic and salt and keep aside in a bowl
Boil water with salt and vinegar , when once it boils reduce flame and keep warm
Let’s prepare egg , break egg to a strainer so excess water would go . You shouldn’t separate the egg yolk and white . Add the eggs to a small bowl without distorting it’s shape add in lemon juice . No need to mix and all . Lemon juice is added for the egg whites to be white and smell of egg to go . And then pour the egg slowly to the water . Better to poach one egg at a time . Once the white film comes up the poached eggs is ready , for cooked egg yolk just cook it further till it becomes rubbery kind . Drain water and take the eggs alone and place on top of the yogurt base . Add in the chopped herbs and butter and enjoy it .
