Father James Bacik from the Diocese of Toledo, Ohio hosted a weekly half-hour radio program called "Reflections" on WSPD-1370 AM. The Program was produced by Mary Beth Kirchner and aired on Sundays at 10:30 p.m. from 1980-1993. Along the way Father Bacik encountered many wonderful guests and engaged the public in highly meaningful dialogue that served to place in a modern perspective the teachings of Christ and His Church. With over a decade of material Fr. Bacik and Mary Beth Kirchner produced over 500 episodes.
